The 3 acre is designed to hold approximately 10 cabins and 4 two bedroom villas. The Client wanted to convert the otherwise barren space into a cultural hotspot for Nashik, whilst promoting tourism and encouraging people to rent the space for private events.

The Individual Cabin Villas, designed to have a dramatic thatched roof and large glass facades, allow for stunning views of the sprawling farms right from the bed. A private plunge pool and open deck lend privacy to the space for the user.
